Nature of the service

Presidio Composites ("we", "us") provides documented, professional opinions on the structural condition of carbon fiber bicycles based on photographs or, when available, in-person evaluation. Inspection reports are a professional opinion, not a structural certification, warranty, or guarantee of safety.

Limitations

Photo-based inspections identify visible damage and document condition observable in the submitted images. They cannot detect internal delamination, sub-surface voids, or damage requiring ultrasonic, X-ray, or thermographic evaluation. Reports describe the condition observed in the submitted photos at the time of review; they do not predict future performance or structural integrity under load.

No liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding inspection reports. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from reliance on an inspection report, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or financial loss related to the purchase, sale, or use of any bicycle.
